Like many people, I spent years waking up feeling stiff, sore, and more tired than the night before—despite trying countless pillows, mattresses, and so-called “solutions” that promised better sleep. The turning point came when a long work-from-home stint during the pandemic left me with unbearable neck tension and poor posture. What began as a personal search for relief quickly turned into a passion project: creating products that actually work, without gimmicks—just comfort backed by smart, ergonomic design.

That journey sparked the idea for NapNest.

I realized I wasn't alone. Friends, family, and even pregnant loved ones were also struggling to find affordable, high-quality support products that made a real difference. So I decided to build something better—a brand people could trust, built on empathy, simplicity, and human-centered design.
